Renaissance Leadership Network’s vision is to develop world-class servant leaders devoted to reaching and empowering others. Practically, we accomplish this by training leaders across the country. The Manifesto is part of this initiative. Church and business leaders carry some of the heaviest burdens in our society. We traverse transitions, work with all kinds of people, learn how to steward our gifts, and foster a relationship with God—often all at the same time! Leadership is not an easy calling.

We created this Manifesto in order to provide leaders with a field guide for leading with excellence. Inside, you’ll find insightful content from a host of influential leaders. Some of my close friends, speakers who have addressed the Renaissance Leadership Network, have contributed their wisdom to this Manifesto.
